How much does Gogotes cost?
Signing up and preparing questions, packages, and candidates costs nothing. Each candidate who starts an exam session uses 1 credit, priced at $0.20. There is no monthly subscription.
How do candidates join an exam?
Admins create candidate accounts, one at a time or in bulk, with a candidate ID such as a student or registration number. Candidates sign in to your organization portal with that ID and a password.
What happens if a candidate loses internet?
Answers stay on the candidate device and are sent when the connection returns. The candidate continues without starting over, and the dropped connection is recorded in the session log.
Can Gogotes stop candidates from switching tabs?
Today Gogotes records every time a candidate leaves the exam tab and when they return, so invigilators can follow up. A strict exam mode with required fullscreen and Safe Exam Browser is in development.
Can essay questions be marked?
Yes. Essay answers go to a marking queue in the console. A marker enters the score and the session total is recalculated automatically.
Is our data kept apart from other organizations?
Yes. Each organization has its own subdomain, and every question, candidate, and score belongs to the organization that owns it.
