• No Subscription. Prepaid credits. No monthly fee and no automatic recurring card charges.
• 100% Question Bank Ownership. All test items, answer keys, and assessment rubrics remain exclusively yours. We will never sell or train public AI models on your private tests.
• Integrity & Disconnection Recovery. An activity log for every session, and answers that survive dropped connections, to protect every candidate.

1. Scope of Service & Definitions

Plain English Summary: Gogotes is a cloud-based digital exam software platform. You utilize our software to host assessments independently.

Gogotes (“Service”, “Platform”) is an online assessment and Computer-Based Testing (CBT) engine engineered and operated by Gogolabs Studio. By registering, accessing, or deploying exams, your institution or organization (“User”, “Evaluator”) agrees to these terms voluntarily.

• Evaluator: The school, university, company, training institute, or instructor configuring examination rooms.
• Candidate: The student, applicant, or trainee taking the exam through the access link or classroom token provided by the Evaluator.

2. Credits & Payments

Plain English Summary: You only pay when tests run. 1 credit = 1 candidate who starts an exam session. The credit price is listed on the Pricing page.

Gogotes operates on a transparent usage-based credit model free of monthly retainers:

• Exam Sessions: 1 credit is consumed per active candidate who starts an exam session. Absent candidates do not consume credits.
• Buying Credits: Credits are bought by bank transfer to the Gogotes account. They are added to your organization balance once we verify the payment.
• Zero Auto-Renewal: We do not store credit card credentials for automatic billing. Every credit purchase is made at your request.
• Price Changes: Changes to the credit price are announced on the Pricing page and apply to later purchases.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Plain English Summary: Your questions and answer keys belong to you 100%. We only process them for the technical execution of your exams.

We adhere to strict data ownership boundaries:

• Sole IP Rights: All questions, KaTeX formulas, answer rubrics, and documents uploaded remain the exclusive property of the Evaluator.
• No AI Exploitation: We will never use your private question banks to train public AI models or share them with third parties.
• Instant Data Portability: You can export gradebooks, question banks, and audit logs as CSV or JSON Lines at any time.

4. Proctoring & Anti-Cheating Safeguards

Plain English Summary: The platform records tab switches and dropped connections, and keeps candidate answers safe while the connection is down.

• Activity Log: The system records when a candidate starts, leaves and returns to the exam tab, loses and regains connection, and submits.
• Dropped Connections: If a candidate loses internet during an exam, answers stay on the device and sync when the connection returns.
• System Protection: Reverse engineering, bot attacks, and vulnerability exploits are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension.
