What uses credits?
Only candidate exam sessions. Preparation and result processing cost nothing.

What is a credit?
A credit is your organization prepaid balance. 1 credit, priced at $0.20, is used when one candidate starts one exam session.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Gogotes has no subscription. A month without exams uses no credits.
If a candidate retakes an exam, is another credit used?
Yes, every new session uses 1 credit. Reopening a session or extending its time does not use extra credits.
How do I pay?
Today you top up by bank transfer to the Gogotes account, and we verify it. Automatic payment with QRIS and virtual accounts is on the way.
Are features limited for small organizations?
No. Every organization gets the same features. Only the number of credits used differs.
